Class II hitches are for loads of up to 3,500 lbs. GTW and 300 lbs. tongue weight including any single axle trailers small to medium length (up to 18 ft) like
small boat trailers, snowmobile trailers, motorcycle trailers or smaller pop up campers. The class two trailer hitch is appropriate for larger cars, full-size vans, full-size pickups and SUVs. Class II trailer hitches will come with a 1 1/4" receiver opening, and in most cases, will be designed specifically for your vehicle.
