These Class 3 and Class 4 trailer hitches are designed to fit Dodge pickup trucks, with short beds and long beds. In general, depending upon trailer hitch design (weight carrying hitch versus weight distributing hitch), ratings for these trailer hitches match the following:
- Class 3: 500 lbs. tongue weight with 5000 lbs. gross trailer weight (see trailer hitch description for details)
- Class 4: 750 lbs. tongue weight with up to 7,500 lbs. gross trailer weight (see trailer hitch description for details)
