All are coated with corrosion resistant black paint that can withstand harsh conditions. In general, depending upon trailer hitch design (weight carrying hitch versus weight distributing hitch), ratings for this truck trailer hitch match the following:
- Class II: 300 lbs. tongue weight with 3,500 lbs. gross trailer weight (see trailer hitch description for details)
- Class III: 500 lbs. tongue weight with 5000 lbs. gross trailer weight (see trailer hitch description for details)
