a simple 4-wire flat plug trailer connector to your vehicles
wiring harness. It is always better to use a custom wiring
kit since it will be faster and easier to install, and a custom
trailer wiring kit always provides a more secure connection. Non-custom
kits usually require you to cut, splice, and tape wires.
