This is a replacement ball mount with rise for the Putnam Outbacker Hitch Mounted Cargo Basket part number 49000. Bolts to bottom of basket and mounts the basket to your 1-1/4" receiver. Load capacity of 350 lbs, shank length of 9-3/8" and rise of 4" from pin hole to the bottom of tube that bolts to the basket. Pin hole is 1/2" in diameter.
