The Elite Upright Carrier is pre-assembled that needs only final adjustments. This will fit any roof mounted bar system and is suitable for race/touring or mountain bikes. The carrier is made of a durable steel tubing that is treated with an anti-rust paint. The rails adjust to fit most bikes up to 2 7/8" frames and 3" off-road tires.
